Shipping

Our webshop provides an indication of the expected delivery time for our products. In general, we aim for a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. If a delivery is delayed, we will always keep you informed.

Since our products are small in size, we typically send everything as letterbox parcels. This means that shipping costs amount to €4.50 for orders up to €70. For orders over €70, we cover the shipping costs. Please note that for international orders, the shipping costs are €6.

Returns

We understand there is a possibility you've ordered something that you don't like. In that case, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

Through your account, you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. You don't have an account? No problem! Just send us an email at info@vs2tech.nl. Please note it's important to ensure that the product is returned undamaged, without any signs of use, and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition. If there are no issues, we will refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs, within 5 working days to the account used for payment. Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in warranty cases). For all the details, refer to our terms and conditions.
